Memorial Day of 2020, I stepped onto the scale in my bathroom and almost fell out. I weighed more than I had ever weighed in my entire life. In that moment, I decided to cut out all of the things that were poison to my body: Processed food, pasta, potatoes, flour/wheat, sugar, and anything else that fueled my body with empty carbs. Since then I have been exploring low-carb cooking and doing so with fantastic results!
